PT Wang Sarimulti Utama is currently seeking candidates for several positions as follows :

Marketing Head

Kualifikasi :

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma from an accredited university (all majors)
• Max age is 50 years old.
• Have minimum of 3 years work experience in the same position
• Good communication skill, fluent in English is an must to communicate with internal and external parties.
• Looking for new business opportunity and able to negotiate with customer
• Strong leadership, have good presentation skills
• Determine an effective and efficient marketing strategy
• Control marketing operational activities.
• Understanding customer specific requirement
• Create a strategy for marketing programs short term and long term in accordance with company goals.
• Preffered experience in the part automotive injection plastick , painting, tooling and moulding
• Having Competency and knowledge in marketing
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Deep understending about 2D drawing and 3D drawing automotive part
• Maintain customer satisfaction and coordination with internal department
• Should be understanding about system IATF and ISO
• Understanding to make analytical cost product, quotation part
• Good leadership with passion to bring the whole team into success
• Strong determination to drive sales and do continuous market expansion
• Willing to travel outside the city if necessary.
• Create an actionable sales and marketing plan align with corporate objectives
• Design and draft, review and implement subject matter related policies, regulations, procedures and systems for operations
• Handle the relationship with vendors, consultants, sales agencies and other departments are related to sales and marketing activities
• Good relationship with customer automotive
• Any other duties assigned by the superior related to sales and marketing

Engineering Head

Kualifikasi :

• Bachelor Degree or diploma Engineering / Mechanical
• Max age 50 yaers old
• Preferably with 5 years relevant experience in new project co-ordination & development in automotive industries (injection moulding, fabrication and Assembly)
• Deep understanding of engineering design and manufacturing (process and tooling)
• Should be deep understanding IATF system, PPAP and Core tool.
• Good communication skill, fluent in English is an must to communicate with internal and external parties.
• Excellent interpersonal skill
• Understanding customer specific requirement
• Deep understending about 2D drawing and 3D drawing automotive part
• Excellent time management skill with proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient with computer aided drafting (Auto-CAD and CATIA) software
• Oversee Engineering Department including new product development which include project management, testing product, report preparation and sample submission.
• To provide direction, leadership on project management including project manpower planning, oversee the coordination, budgeting, Master Plan Schedule and quality control of projects
• Supervise subordinates work activities and ensure they are in accordance with their functions
• Collect and report data related to daily / weekly / monthly operating performance to Management

Maintenance Head

Kualifikasi :

• Bachelor Degree from Engineering or related field preferred
• Max age is 50 years old.
• Have minimum of 5 years work experience in the same position
• Should be manage preventive maintenance procedurs, troubleshooting machine and utility.
• Working knowledge of facilities utility,machines and equipment
• Ability to keep track of and report on activity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• Having excellent analytical plant & maintenance process, improvement maintenance and HSE procedures
• Have good communication skills and presentation skills
• Preffered experience in the machine injection moulding or robotic painting and fabrication tooling machine.
• Ability to work in self directed manner and provide direction to others
• Coordinates with maintenance team on the availability of spare part machine
• Extensive knowledge in a variety of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
• Previous managerial experience highly preferred
• Ability to work under deadlines and pressure also multi tasking
• Any other duties assigned by the Superior related to Maintenance
• Collect and report data related to daily/weekly/monthly operating performance to management

Marketing Supervisor

Kualifikasi :

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma from an accredited university (all majors)
• Max age is 40 years old.
• Have minimum of 2 years work experience in the same position
• Good communication skill, fluent in English is an must to communicate with internal and external parties.
• Excellent in Computer ( Microsift Office )
• Have good presentation skills
• Preffered experience in the part automotive injection plastick , painting, tooling and moulding
• Having Competency and knowledge in marketing
• Understanding customer specific requirement
• Able to operate computer and MS Office.
• Willing to travel outside the city if necessary.
• Create an actionable sales and marketing plan align with corporate objectives.
• Have an updated knowledge of new rules and regulations, legal documentation and other regulations related to sales and marketing activities.
• Handle the relationship with vendors, consultants, sales agencies and other departments are related to sales and marketing activities
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
• Should be understanding analysis forcast from customer and evaluation achievement sales
• Should be understanding about system IATF and ISO
• Updating quotation quartaly to customer
• Maintain customer satisfaction and coordination with internal department
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to drive informed marketing decisions
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Any other duties assigned by the superior related to sales and marketing
• Collect and report data related to daily/weekly/monthly operating performance to Department Head

Process Engineering Supervisor

Kualifikasi :

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
• Max age is 40 years old
• Have experience of more than 3 years in Process Production Engineering areas.
• Expert in the whole processing and machinery for injection and painting
• Good communication skill, fluent in English is an must to communicate with internal and external parties.
• Should be deep understanding IATF system, PPAP and Core tool.
• Strong leadership, have good presentation skills
• Troubleshoot complex injection and manufacturing process performance issues, event customer and provide technical guidance to team members
• Work with engineering activities in the design, optimization and trouble shooting of new processes and improvements in existing processes
• Collect and report data related to daily/weekly/monthly operating performance to Department Head
• Lead the technical transfer of new products from research and development to mass production

Supervisor Process Painting

Kualifikasi :

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
• Max age is 40 years old
• Have experience of more than 3 years in painting process and technical painting (robotic spray and manual spray)
• Excellence Buffing Process
• Expert in the whole processing and machinery for painting (plastic part)
• Good communication skill, English is an advantage to communicate with internal and external parties.
• Should be deep understanding IATF system, PPAP and Core tool.
• Strong leadership, have good presentation skills
• Troubleshoot complex painting process performance issues and provide technical guidance to team members
• Work with engineering activities, optimization and trouble-shooting of new processes and improvements in existing processes
• Collect and report data related to daily/weekly/monthly operating performance to Department Head

Maintenance Supervisor

Kualifikasi :

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma from Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• Max age is 40 years old.
• Have minimum of 2 years work experience in the same position
• Should be manage preventive maintenance procedurs, troubleshooting machine and utility.
• Having excellent analytical plant & maintenance process, improvement maintenance and HSE procedures.
• Good communication and presentation skill.
