PT Angel Investor Indonesia is a securities crowdfunding startup based in Surabaya and now looking for Legal Staff with qualifications and job descriptions:
Qualifications:
1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in law with GPA min 3,00.
2. Having good analytical & communication skills
3. Previous experience in financial services will be advantage
4. Strong understanding of securities regulations and compliance requirements will be advantage
5. Fast learner, a high achiever, and able to join the team immediately.
Job Descriptions:
1. Reviewing the legal status of potential clients (including collateral legality) and investors.
2. Coordinating with all relevant departments regarding existing agreements or contracts.
3. Ensuring that the company’s agreements comply with regulatory requirements and vendors (OJK, KSEI, Custodian Bank, KJPP)
4. Reviewing and managing employee contracts and company agreements
