Job Description

• Deep dive analysis into the process streamline
• Carrying out diagnostics on operational problems and pain
• Design solutions for diagnostic results of pain/problems
• Carry out project management while developing digital initiatives
• Synergize with key users from the deep dive process to go live initiatives and implementation

Requirement

• Bachelor degree Information System, Informatics Engineering, or Industria Engineering
• Knowledgeable and understand business process
• Have good project management and analytical skills

Human Capital Associate

Job Description

Job Description

• Manage activity related to maintained vendor and alternative vendor
• Provide recommendations to user regarding compliance vendor’s data and document
• Analyze the support operations strategy (distribution lines for procurement of factories, distributions, and agents)
• Conduct on assessment of alternative supplier by paying attention to legal, commercial, and distribution channel factors
• Review all vendor contract drafts
• Provide recommendations to Board of Directors regarding vendors and alternatives

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or Industrial Engineering
• Have good interpersonal & analytical thinking skills
• Understand the basics of cost analysis and purchase record.

Fluid Power Technology Engineer

Job Description

• Create a hydraulic and pneumatic system design for the product by carrying out engineering calculations and analysis according to product development needs
• Make schematic drawings of hydraulic systems and pneumatic systems, piping, hoses, fittings and adapters
• Determine hydraulic/pneumatic components that suit system requirements
• Evaluate and analyze problems that arise in hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Simulate and analyze hydraulic/pneumatic systems using hydraulic system simulation software
• Improving the hydraulic and pneumatic work systems on existing units

Requirement

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (S1)
• Have a good understanding of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics/energy conversion
• Strong mastery of the principles of Pascal’s and Bernoulli’s laws
• Able to make technical drawings and hydraulic schemes
• Able to use 2D/3D CAD modeling software, such as Autocad/Solidworks
• Understand electrical control systems, both relay and PLC systems
• Have experience in hydraulic simulation software, such as Festo Fluidism/Automation Studio is preffered

Industrial Design Engineer

Job Description

• Collect data and documents related to product design needs.
• Design and create conceptual design models, both 2D and 3D
• Conduct benchmark studies on related products
• Carry out visual testing and analysis of the model related to functional, aesthetic and ergonomic factors
• Innovate units or products

Requirement

• Bachelor of Product Design (S1)
• Have the enthusiasm to learn new things and have interest in conducting trials and research
• Have good analytical thinking skills, and be able to coordinate and communicate within a team
• Able to make traditional (freehand) and digital sketches
• Able to use 2D software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator as well as 3D software such as Blender and Solidworks
• Have experience in making mock ups and rapid prototypes
• Have knowledge and passion in the automotive, heavy equipment and ship sectorsa

Production Engineer

Job Description

• Create production process design including process sequence, process capability, tools & equipment so that the production process is in accordance with standards.
• Creating electrification process design including process sequence, process capability, tools & equipment so that the production process is in accordance with the standard.
• Determine manhour estimation to calculate production capacity by calculating the number of stations, number of manpower, and the need for tools & equipment in production.
• Create documents for each production process carried out by making process design sheets (including work instructions, process layouts, etc.) as a guide in the production process.
• Monitoring the production process on a daily basis in accordance with the process design sheet to ensure that the process is carried out according to procedures.
• Conduct production review based on the design concept to ensure the standardisation of the production process.

Requirement

• Bachelor degree (S1) in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Analytical thinking skills and a passion for learning new things.
• Have knowledge and skills in the area of manufacturing processes.
• Have the drive and passion to learn new things.

Vendor Management Associate – Mandarin Speaker

Job Description

• Analyse & perform work activities in the field of overseas purchasing.
• Analyse & perform work activities in the field of strategic procurement expeditions, consumable parts, & bulk parts.
• Plan and monitor all procurement activities based on the plan for purchasing goods with a list of needs from inventory and lead time from vendors/suppliers to run efficiently and effectively.
• Review documents in Chinese and create purchasing documents in Chinese.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) All Majors, preferably from Mandarin Literature/Mandarin Language Education major with interest in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management area.
• Proficient in Mandarin both orally and in writing.
• Mandarin Language Certification is an added value.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
